Our Wines

Tenuta Cappellina produce two styles of wine, all guided by the terrior of our estate and the grade varieties we grow.

Chianti Classico DOCG Collection

There are 3 levels depending on our grape selection and aging profile: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classic Riserva and Chianti Classico Gran Selezione.

Indicazione Geografica Tipica IGT Collection

The second style of wines are the IGT (Indicazione Geografica Tipica) wines that, as well as using Sangiovese grapes, use international varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

Our wine making philosophy is to have perfect balance in our vineyards so that fruit we harvest is the only ingredient we need to use in our wines. Our dedication to harmony between fruit, tannin and acidity is what leads to our smooth, powerful and aromatic wines.
